INSPIRATION TO START THE BUSINESS
Passion for programming and experience of new software technologies especially location-based solutions like mobile maps and web maps made me be invested in this sector.
BACKGROUND OF THE FOUNDER
Several years of work experience as a GIS specialist and data science in a number of natural resource modeling works. Scientific data collection, processing and presenting was my daily activity. I am deeply interested in map-making which eventually lead me to web-based maps.
DESCRIPTION OF BUSINESS ACTIVITIES
Addistag Systems, PLC is an Android application development company which creates apps including ATM locator apps, Ethiopian calendar apps, and the Berhan Books application. All apps are hosted on the Google Play Store.

SOCIAL IMPACT
Thousands of people have used our free mobile application products like ATM Locator and Ethiopian Calendar. We have published several mobile applications at a different time and showcased our work on exhibitions and also pitched projects on several stages. We hope we have contributed in awareness creation among people about startups by putting ourselves as an example.
FUTURE EXPANSION PLANS
In the future, we plan to hire more people and produce location-based utility mobile applications and also want to involve in the finance sector as product developers.

Annual Turnover- Under 300,000 ETB
Amount of Financing Needed (USD) – 70,000 USD, one-year investment to rollout future utility mobile applications.
